French culinary week hits HCM City

French guest chef Michel Portos will host a French culinary week from March 25 to 30 at L’Olivier restaurant at Hotel Sofitel Plaza Sai Gon.

Portos will prepare some of his best dishes, such as celery and crab lasagna with nut-brown butter, oysters, passion fruit and smoked peanut oil dressing, duck tournedos and deep-fried liver with sour juice, comfit apple, citrus caramel and green apple sherbet, dark chocolate Venus, litchi sherbet, green tea jelly and many others. Porto will offer a special cooking class on March 28.
