Safari park slated
for southern region
Last week the Viet
Nam-Denmark Environment Technology joint-venture submitted to the
provincial authority of Ba Ria-Vung Tau a project to build a big safari,
which could become Viet Nam’s largest safari park.
The wildlife animal
park, which will cover an area of 500ha, will be located in Binh Chau
National Park in Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province.
With investment
capital of about US$200 million, the state-of-the-art park would meet
the technical requirements of the international wildlife conservation
and zoological associations.
The construction will
begin in the middle of 2005 and be completed in 2010.
